This class uses circular, wave-like movements to activate and hydrate the fascia, making it more pliable and resilient. With continued practice, your spine and pelvis become more mobile and strong—drastically improving your posture, presence, energy, & rejuvenating your body from the inside out.
3. Somatic Movement / Internal Massage
A deeply nourishing practice that teaches you how to massage your body from the inside. We use pulsing, rhythmic movement to release emotional and physical tension, settle the nervous system, and bring fresh blood, oxygen, and nutrients to stagnant areas—enhancing the mind-body connection..
